Pay rate: Hours: M-F 11am - 7:30pm Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-person Location: Los Angeles, CA

Typical working day: Checking work orders Checking in with manager for jobs that pop up Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair as necessary General maintenance and light electrical repair as necessary

Years of experience needed: 2-5 years Level of education: H.S. diploma or GED Certifications/licenses: Universal 608 highly preferred

Top must have skills: Troubleshooting Good communication skills Good mechanical skills and HVAC knowledge Top nice to have skills: Electrical knowledge Carpentry skills Facilities maintenance skills
