Salary Range: 80k-95k base +7.5% bonus
Hours: 10p to 630a
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Franklin, WI
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to various situations
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
• Independent work ethic with resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment
• Flexibility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Alchemy LMS and Redzone
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations
• Experience with equipment monitoring and process optimization

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related field
• 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work safely and promote safety initiatives within the team
• Prior experience with production KPIs and SOP development
• Technical aptitude for equipment maintenance and process improvements
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable
