Claims Processor

Overview Description – Make an impact behind the scenes that directly supports participant care. Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy? As a Claims Processor , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the services they need—without delays or barriers. This position supports Shore-to-Shore PACE programs, including LifeCircles PACE, Huron Valley PACE, and Thome PACE , and helps maintain the financial integrity of our programs and participant care. Schedule – Full Time, 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Department – Finance Location – This is a hybrid role, available in Ypsilanti, Jackson, Holland, Muskegon, or surrounding areas. Compensation – $20.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Process electronic and paper claims accurately Verify approvals and documentation before processing Track claim status and follow up with vendors as needed Review and resolve denied claims Assist with claims reporting and data tracking Participate in team meetings and training Follow company policies and applicable regulations Notes – The above is a summary of the position; it does not state or imply this is the only duties.
