Overview

Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Proven experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with point of sale systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Fluency in additional languages.
