CATH LAB RN - SPECIAL PROCEDURES

Schedule

This position is a dayshift role, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position includes an average of 12 call shifts within a 6-week period.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CATH RN to join our team in the catheterization lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for circulating in the cath lab while ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with various cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist in ensuring a safe environment for all patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience or critical care experience (ICU or CCU).
• Strong understanding of patient safety and lab protocols.
