Student Teaching Supervisors
Two student teaching supervisors are sought to observe and evaluate field placements for students in Agriculture (PK-12), Biology (7 – 12), Chemistry (7 – 12), English (7 – 12), General Science (7 – 12), and Social Studies (7 – 12).
We are looking for one individual who can cover the Lancaster, Reading, and Harrisburg region and another who can cover Middle and Southern Delaware.
Requirements:
- PA State Level II Certification in Secondary (7 - 12) content area being taught PK- 12 for Agriculture
- Advanced degree in Content area or Education
- Substantial successful teaching experience in secondary setting
- Tenured or tenure eligible
- Must be available for daytime schedule
Preferred:
- Leadership experience in K12 education
- Prior experience at the University level
- Prior experience hosting and / or supervising interns / student teachers
