**Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) for Acute Care - BLS and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) for Neuro Stepdown **Requested Skill Set:** Must have: - Strong nursing skills and time management for Acute Care - Stepdown experience for Neuro Stepdown Advanced skills needed: - Strong critical thinking skills **Experience:** - Experience nurses can float after orientation **Unit Specific Procedures:** - Common procedures include lumbar puncture and chest tube placement **Scheduling Requirements:** - Weekend shifts are required
