Shift Supervisor – Sparkle Express Car Wash
Peru, Illinois. At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we don't just wash cars — we deliver fast, high-quality service powered by strong teamwork. We're looking for a Shift Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep operations running smoothly, and create a great experience for both customers and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations during your shift with confidence and efficiency.
- Motivate, coach, and support team members on the ground.
- Ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Drive performance and help the team succeed in our commission program.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership presence and team-first mindset.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus (not required).
- Someone eager to grow and step into bigger responsibilities.
Pay & Perks:
