Your day will include a mix of driving, customer service, and hands-on store support.Deliver & ConnectSafely and efficiently deliver automotive parts and products to customers and business partnersFollow assigned delivery routes and complete additional deliveries as neededProvide friendly, professional service during every customer interactionPick up parts and products from customers or other store locationsAccurately complete delivery documentation and communicate with the store team regarding deliveriesLoad, secure, and transport parts safelyKeep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for the roadPerform basic vehicle checks, including fluid levels, and report maintenance concernsSupport the StoreAssist customers with orders, returns, and questionsCheck in and organize incoming freightStock shelves and maintain inventory organizationAssist with paint mixing and other automotive product needsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeSupport teammates with other store responsibilities as neededWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You may be a great fit if you:Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordEnjoy driving and are comfortable spending part of your day on the roadHave strong customer service and communication skillsAre dependable and take pride in being on timePay attention to detail and follow through on responsibilitiesCan work independently while staying connected with your teamHave basic automotive parts knowledge or previous retail/customer service experienceAre comfortable learning automotive products, parts, and store proceduresAre willing to follow applicable driving and safety requirementsAutomotive experience is preferred, but it isn't required.
