Job Description
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, invoices, and receipts. Prepare and review invoices and supporting documentation for entry and posting. Generate accounts payable and accounts receivable reports for review and analysis. Communicate with vendors and customers to reconcile account discrepancies, resolve invoice issues, and ensure payments are current. Respond to and route customer inquiries via phone and email. Verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and reconcile discrepancies. Assist with general accounting, administrative, and cross-training duties as needed. Handle financial information accurately and confidentially. Position Requirements Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. General ledger experience is beneficial. Sage 100 ERP system experience is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with organizational and time-management skills.
