ABOUT THIS ROLE

About the Role

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Dallas-based business units. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees driving talent strategy organizational effectiveness and day-to-day HR execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

We are needing someone located in Dallas TX.

What Youll Do

• Partner with client-group leaders on workforce planning org design and talent strategy
• Coach managers on performance management employee relations and difficult conversations
• Use employee data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions
• Lead or support talent reviews compensation planning cycles and promotion processes
• Manage employee relations investigations and disciplinary actions with sound judgment and documentation
• Drive engagement initiatives and support change management for organizational shifts
• Ensure compliance with federal Texas state and local employment law
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Total Rewards and L&D to deliver an integrated employee experience
• Support M&A integration activities as needed (if applicable to Apexs growth strategy)

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of progressive HR experience including 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role supporting client groups
• Experience in financial services fintech or another regulated industry preferred
• Strong data fluency comfortable pulling insights from HRIS/people analytics tools to inform decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels including senior leaders
• Solid grounding in employment law (Texas and federal)
• Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus
• High discretion and judgment this role handles sensitive confidential employee matters daily
