We are looking for Behavioral Health Technicians in West Windsor, NJ
Compensation: $18- $21/hour (Based on experience) Full-time
Shifts Available: Full Time
- 1st Shift- 8am-4:30pm
- 2nd Shift- 4pm-12:30am
- Overnight- 12am-8:30am You must be available to work weekends or partial weekend shifts.

Wellness Recovery Center NJ , a proud member of the Quadrant Health Group, is seeking passionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technicians to join our growing team. Our Outpatient facility in West Windsor, NJ, provides a unique blend of traditional and holistic therapies in PHP and IOP settings, offering a path to lasting recovery. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring efficient and effective client flow and contributing to a positive client experience. You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
What You'll Do:
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Support:• Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and their families.
• Support clients' comfort and safety in the residential environment.
• Listen attentively, document client behavior, and report observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.
