We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization**Medical Assistant – Certified (MA-C)**The Medical Assistant–Certified (MA-C) supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. This role serves as a key member of the care team, assisting with patient intake, clinical quality measures, documentation, referrals, and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent care.**Key Duties:*** Room patients, obtain histories and vital signs* Track and document clinical quality measures in the EHR* Assist providers with exams, procedures, and charting* Administer medications and immunizations per protocol* Coordinate labs, referrals, and specialty care* Provide excellent customer service using the AIDET model**Qualifications:*** Graduate of an approved MA program* Current **MA-C** license (or MA-Interim with certification within 90 days)* BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days)* Ambulatory care experience preferred* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredFast-paced outpatient setting.
