Job Summary
This position assists with planning and coordinating the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT assets. Duties include developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. The architect also ensures the stability and integrity of in‑house voice, data, video, and wireless network services by planning, designing, and developing local and wide area networks. Responsibilities further encompass installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware and software, troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing traffic, and providing capacity‑planning solutions. The role includes resolving wireless LAN hardware and software problems and delivering end‑user training, as well as supporting the organization's telecommunications infrastructure, including hosted VOIP and video conferencing services.
