As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting resident safety, dignity, and well-being every single day.Your Role:As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide hands-on nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan. You support comprehensive health and psychosocial needs, monitor changes in condition, coordinate services, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal resident outcomes in a community setting.Position Highlights:Status: PRNSchedule: 7am-3pm And 3pm-11pmLocation: 5999 N.
