At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency dedicated to helping individuals receive dependable, compassionate care while continuing to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We are currently expanding our team and hiring Home Health Aides and PCAs (HHAs/PCAs) throughout all of Otsego County, NY . If you enjoy caring for others and want a rewarding opportunity where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide/PCA (HHA/PCA), you'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and help them with the daily activities they need to remain comfortable and independent.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Assisting with meals and light housekeeping

  • Providing companionship and daily support

  • Giving medication reminders

  • Reporting changes to the care team

  • Helping maintain a safe home environment
