OB/GYN Physician | Ohio

Choose from three practice locations in Marion, Mansfield, and Athens, Ohio , with options for full spectrum OB/GYN or GYN only care . Depending on location, physicians can pursue robotic surgery, teaching, mentorship, and different call structures, including in house OB hospitalist support.

• Practice Options: Full spectrum OB/GYN and GYN only opportunities available, depending on location.
• Practice Support: Established clinical teams, Epic EMR, and organizational support.
• Professional Opportunities: Robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, teaching, and mentorship available based on practice.
• Schedule Options: Full time and select part time opportunities available.

• Athens: Approximately 1:5 call with in house laborist coverage.
• Mansfield: Secondary call only at 1:4, with in house OB hospitalist coverage and no primary OB call.
• Marion: One weekday call per week and every fourth weekend, with a transition to a reduced call OB hospitalist model planned for 2027.

• Base salary of 300,000 to 350,000+ or 54 per wRVU , whichever is greater.
• 100,000 annual regional premium.
• Up to 120,000 sign on bonus or up to 80,000 in student loan repayment.
• Up to 8,000 in relocation assistance.
• Up to 25,000 annual quality bonus.
• Up to 100,000 residency stipend for qualifying residents.
• 26 PTO days, 5 CME days, and a 5,000 CME allowance.
• Comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage with tail.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Interest in full spectrum OB/GYN or GYN only practice, depending on preferred location.
• Physicians interested in robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, teaching, or mentorship are welcome.
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply.
• H 1B sponsorship and J 1 waiver eligibility available at select locations.
