Duration: 6 10 months

Role is primarily remote, but candidates may be required to report to a local client office for ID verification during the project.

Overview

We are seeking a .NET AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications while building AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and modern Azure services . This role combines full-stack .NET development with AI/ML expertise to support application modernization and intelligent automation.

Requirements

6+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET/C#
Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Azure SQL/SQL Server, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps
Experience building AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor , or similar
Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle, training, inference, and production deployment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure OpenAI, MLflow, NLP, and deep learning
Healthcare domain experience is a plus
Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and advanced RAG architectures
