Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Virtual Assistant Marketing Specialist will create and execute professional marketing materials for real estate agent partners, working remotely and managing multiple projects to ensure brand visibility and consistency. Key responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials such as Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House pieces Create social media graphics and content for listing announcements and produce digital flyers for properties Post and schedule marketing content across platforms while maintaining organized records for each listing campaign Required qualifications Strong English writing and communication skills Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously Technological aptitude and detail-oriented approach
