Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician
Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York. Position Snapshot
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Call: 1:3 rotation
- Practice Type: Primarily outpatient with hospital integration
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Practice Environment
- Established MFM practice with 3 physicians currently on staff
- Office-based setting with hospital coverage
- Level III NICU support
- Onsite ultrasound and lab services
- Epic EMR
- Collaborative, physician-led care model
Patient volume varies based on visit type and acuity, typically 10–15 patients per day.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases
- Perform and interpret advanced prenatal imaging and ultrasounds
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide consultation and co-management for high-risk patients
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Completion of MFM Fellowship training (required)
- Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Clean malpractice and license history
