Food & Beverage Manager Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of our hotel's dining operations, with a strong focus on Banquet. This role requires a hands‑on leader who excels in high‑volume event execution while also maintaining exceptional standards in our restaurant and bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B departments, including Banquets, Restaurant and Bar.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of banquets, weddings, meetings, and special events.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate event detailing and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong floor presence in the restaurant, supporting service, coaching staff, and ensuring elevated guest engagement.
• Manage labor, food cost, and beverage cost to achieve financial targets while maintaining quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B supervisors and team members to build a high‑performing, service‑driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Analyze guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel Food & Beverage management with a strong background in Banquet operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume events and multi‑outlet restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a hands‑on management style.
• Excellent organizational and financial acumen.
• Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and operational procedures to enhance guest experience.
