Production Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently perform post-molding finishing, assembly, and quality inspection operations to ensure high-quality plastic components meet customer standards. Responsibilities Include: Safely and efficiently perform post-molding operations, trimming, deburring, and assembly of plastics components. Conduct thorough quality inspection procedures to detect defects and maintain strict standards. Package finished goods and support warehouse staging and logistics for inventory storage and shipment. Maintain accurate production records and uphold safety guidelines across the machine operator workstation. Work closely with team members to support smooth warehouse operations, inventory flow, and logistics. Skills / Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment. Ability to read work instructions and perform basic quality inspection and counting tasks. Preferred: 6+ months experience as an injection mold machine operator or in plastics assembly and logistics. Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks. Demonstrated experience using calipers and micrometers during standard quality inspection workflows. Ability to operate calipers and micrometers accurately within a fast-paced warehouse setting.
