About The Role As the Club Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hesperia, CA, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. Join our team and lead a passionate staff in promoting health and fitness while ensuring exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve club goals. Manage membership sales and retention strategies to drive growth. Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance. Implement marketing initiatives to promote club programs and services. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages member engagement. Requirements Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and implement effective strategies. Passion for fitness and a commitment to member satisfaction. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the fitness industry. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
