LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Maumee, Ohio We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Center in Maumee, Ohio. As a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, we provide the highest level of care to our patients, ranging from rehabilitation therapy to long-term skilled nursing care. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse Administer medications, including injections, orally, and topically Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and communication About the Role: As an LPN at Ridgewood Manor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
