Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. This position works primarily in a paint shop environment with some outdoor exposure . The ideal candidate is interested in learning or has hands-on experience with industrial painting techniques and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply industrial coatings using sprayers
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to project requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work both indoors in a paint shop and outdoors as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of industrial painting is a plus
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating applications
- Ability to work in and outdoor
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
