This is not a high-volume, burnout-style clinic. We are a PT-owned-and-operated practice centered around high-quality care, meaningful patient relationships, and a work environment that allows clinicians to actually enjoy being physical therapists again. About AOK Physical Therapy: AOK Physical Therapy specializes in working with active adults who want to stay healthy, strong, and active for the long haul. Our clients include runners, lifters, yoga enthusiasts, recreational athletes, and health-conscious adults who value expert care and individualized treatment. Our clinics are located inside Austin Bouldering Project, giving both clinicians and patients access to a fully equipped gym environment that supports movement-based rehabilitation and strength training. What Makes This Position DifferentOne-on-One Care You will work with patients for full 60-minute sessions. No double booking. No juggling multiple patients at once. No exhausting productivity quotas. Flexible Schedule We value autonomy and work-life balance. We are looking for someone who wants flexibility while still building a meaningful and sustainable caseload. Strong Compensation Average compensation is approximately $70/hour with opportunities to treat 25-35 visits per week.
