Strategy & Delivery Lead - Program/Project Management

Responsibilities Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and success measures Align stakeholders on goals, roles, and expected outcomes Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts Lead multiple complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion Create structure through plans, governance, and team rhythms Keep work on track by managing progress, risks, and dependencies Coordinate across disciplines (change, comms, creative, learning, technology, and org & talent) Be accountable for project financials (forecasting, hours, invoicing, gross margin) Use AI tools to improve efficiency and visibility Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged Facilitate key conversations, decisions, and working sessions Track success metrics and adjust to improve outcomes Bring ideas to improve how we deliver work (including use of AI) Contribute to tools, templates, and ways of working Support a culture of innovation and high performance Requirements 5+ years of project or program management experience Experience in consulting or cross‑functional environments preferred Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, GM%) Experience leading large, complex projects (including teams of 20+) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
