Director of Professional Services

Leading the delivery execution of consulting, incident response, and penetration testing services, the remote Director of Professional Services will manage a team of practitioners across North America, ensuring operational excellence, quality service delivery, and collaboration with sales leadership to drive customer success and revenue growth. Key responsibilities Directly manage North America-based consultants, setting performance expectations and developing professional growth plans Oversee service delivery quality and consistency, partnering with Practice Leads to identify and address quality gaps Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities and provide account support Required qualifications Proven track record leading and developing professional services or consulting teams Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards and drive process improvement Experience managing operational budgets and financial accountability Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges efficiently
