Divisional Quality Manager (Civil)

QUALIFICATIONS Experience using quality tools including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, LEAN, and FMEA. Background in the Civil & Excavation division or related construction fields. Ability to conduct daily monitoring of all divisional quality KPIs and topics. Willingness to perform site visits to motivate correct use of quality tools and programs. Ability to travel as required to various project locations. Strong commitment to safety and high integrity.
