Responsibilities New patient intake and orientation Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning Conduct individual sessions Facilitate group sessions with patients Address patients' concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA Provide case management Provide tours for prospective patients and families as requested Document in patient medical record Requirements Have one of the following credentials: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW Hold a current, clean, active mental health license or certification New graduates welcome Experience conducting group sessions Flexibility and willingness are desirable attributes Schedule Full Time, Monday - Friday 1 PM - 9:30 PM Compensation Hourly rate competitive with experience and location Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD insurance options Medical FSA and Dependent Care Account 401(k) with company match up to 5% Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) Education reimbursement Career advancement opportunities This job does not sponsor visas and we are unable to consider out‑of‑country applicants.
