Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing health conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care. Maintain accurate documentation of medical records, treatments, and resident progress. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff. Qualifications Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred. Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
