Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2774.40/week - Job Summary: The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides high-quality urgent care to patients experiencing acute health issues. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely, evidence-based nursing services that promote patient recovery and safety. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs upon arrival and throughout care. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient conditions and needs. Perform appropriate interventions, including emergency procedures, to stabilize patients. Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust nursing care accordingly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to hospital policies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Qualifications: Possess at least 3 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing. Hold current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications. Maintain a valid State Nursing License in Michigan. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills.
