Avalon Essential Home Care Is Seeking Compassionate, Energetic, and Dependable Caregivers for a Male Client Requiring Specialized Care .

POSITION DETAILS:

• Client: Male, Quadriplegic

• Schedule: 1–3 Days per Week

• Shifts Available:

  • 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. 

  • 7:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. 

• Shift Length: 12 Hours

CARE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Peri-care

• Bowel Program/Training PRN

• Repositioning Every 2 Hours

• Medication Reminders

• Homemaking Duties

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Client Has a German Shepherd , so Applicants Must Be Comfortable Working in a Home with a Dog.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CNA Preferred

• Experience with Hoyer Lifts and Complex Care Strongly Recommended

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Rights to Work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License or State Id
• Auto Insurance
• Criminal Background Check
• Be Flexible and Accommodate for Weekends
• Hoyer Lift Experience
• To Work Independently with Minimum Direct Supervision
• Negative Tb Skin Test
• CPR/First Aid
• Be Professional with Clean Attire
• 3 Verifiable Work References
• Have Reliable Transportation
