Description We are looking for experienced SLPs to join a close‑knit team of brilliant and caring STs and OTs in an established and growing Private Practice! Assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders. Implement speech and language programs. Educate and coach caretakers. Co‑treat with Occupational Therapists. Develop and provide in‑services. Must have at least three years of pediatric experience, preferably in a private practice setting. Supervise / Mentor SLPAs, graduate interns, and/or CFs. Supervise or conduct client screenings of language, articulation, and hearing. Develop and Implement treatment plans or protocols. Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality. Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
