MRI Technologist Opportunity

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to support an outpatient imaging team in Fulton, MD. The MRI Technologist will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. The role includes work with both contrast and non-contrast studies and collaboration with on-site radiology staff and a tech aide.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• State MRI licensure and MRI advanced level certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an MRI Technologist.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing contrast-enhanced and non-contrast MRI exams.
• Experience with Canon or Toshiba MRI systems preferred; candidates with other vendor experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an outpatient imaging environment.
• Comfort working alongside an on-site radiologist and tech aide.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Contrast studies approximately 3 times per week; non-contrast studies approximately 2 times per week.
• Site uses a Canon 3T Galan MRI scanner. Candidates with Canon or Toshiba experience are preferred.
