Minnesota Licensed Hearing Specialist

To support a growing teleaudiology practice, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Hearing Specialist will conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience. Key responsibilities Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed states Educate and guide patients on maximizing their hearing technology Provide feedback on new tools and workflows to improve patient experiences Required qualifications Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience Successful completion of the International Licensing Exam (ILE) Empathetic and patient-first approach to care Ability to work independently and manage a personal schedule and caseload Reliable home internet connection with specified speed requirements
