Job Opportunity: Cardiovascular Surgeon

Our organization is seeking a skilled and innovative Cardiovascular Surgeon to become a vital member of our team at either Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, or Methodist Hospital in Saint Louis Park, MN. This role is part of a collaborative group of three surgeons and a highly proficient team of advanced practice clinicians.

The position will primarily be based at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center, or at Methodist Hospital, focusing on a comprehensive range of adult cardiothoracic surgeries. This practice is characterized by a high volume of complex cases, including coronary procedures, valve surgeries, dissections, and aneurysms.

• Perform a variety of adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Preferred experience beyond fellowship; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of $760,000 - $1,100,000 annually . Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and may also reflect education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
