Product Marketing Manager, TESTING Bioprocessing

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the bioprocessing product portfolio.
• Define and communicate product value propositions, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, R&D, and Digital Marketing.
• Plan and support global marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
• Set KPIs and analyze ROI for marketing activities.
• Create compelling product messaging and content to highlight features and benefits.
• Enable and support the sales team with tools, training, and customer-facing materials.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and participate in industry conferences and trade shows.
• Support customer engagement through meetings, visits, and technical discussions
• Monitor product performance (revenue, volume, margins) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate sales and operations planning activities.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences (e.g., drug discovery, biochemistry).
• Ability to translate scientific concepts into commercial marketing strategies.
• Experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles (5–10 years preferred).
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and ROI evaluation.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills for technical products.
• Familiarity with customer engagement and stakeholder management.
• Project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
