Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic in Midland, TX. The clinic operates on a self-pay model with no insurance billing and provides individualized, one-on-one care, allowing therapists to focus on delivering high-quality treatment tailored to each patient's needs.

Each session lasts approximately 50-55 minutes, with one patient scheduled per hour. Flexible scheduling options include four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions, goals, and progress.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal recovery and functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to coordinate patient care.
• Provide appropriate rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations, including adults and older adults with orthopedic and mobility-related conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, inpatient hospital settings, or home health environments; hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Strong patient communication, education, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000-$110,000
