We are a successful insurance agency that is looking to expand their insurance sales team. Hours would be 1pm-5:30pm, M-F. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products. Be outstanding at relationship building. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
