What You'll Do

As the face of our practice, you'll help create an amazing experience from check-in to check-out by:

• Welcoming every kiddo and caregiver with warmth and enthusiasm
• Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly
• Answering phones and assisting families with questions
• Verifying insurance and collecting patient information
• Supporting our doctors and clinical team with patient flow
• Creating a fun, organized, and positive environment for every family
• Building lasting relationships with our patients and community

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred) Our families come from many backgrounds, and your ability to communicate in both languages helps us provide exceptional care to even more children.

Passion for working with children and families

Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills

Reliable, organized, and a team player

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Dental experience is a plus—but if you have the right attitude, we'll train the right person!

Qualifications

• Front office or customer service experience preferred
• Dental and ortho experience is a plus
• Denticon and Cloud 9 experience is a bonus
• Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours
