Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Serving as the first point of contact for new patients, the full-time Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician will guide them through onboarding by conducting telephone and video consultations, gathering medication history, and reconciling prescriptions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide new patients through the onboarding process via phone and video consultations Conduct comprehensive medication history interviews and reconcile prescriptions Educate patients on pharmacy services and coordinate prescription transfers Required qualifications Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with direct patient interaction Proficiency with pharmacy software and general computer applications Availability to work a full-time 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship
