Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care travel assignment in South Burlington, VT. Start date: 09/22/2026. Duration: Weeks. This travel position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with the Evening and/or Overnight shift options. Weekly pay ranges from $1,857 to $1,987 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,857–$1,987 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: Weeks Shift: Evening and/or Overnight Start date: 09/22/2026 Travel - temporary assignment Responsibilities Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of a supervising clinician Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration and patient response Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and communicate changes to the care team Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote dignity, safety, and comfort Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans Maintain accurate charting and ensure infection control and safety standards are met Requirements Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility to practice in VT) Current BLS certification Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred Ability to work evenings and/or overnight shifts and travel for temporary assignments Effective communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the travel term Guaranteed hours during the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
