Help clients or family members live independently and comfortably, while receiving the tools and guidance you deserve.

Openings available in Morganton:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your Role:

PCA- Personal Care Assistant: Provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients.
Care for Your Loved One: BAYADA will guide you in providing care for your family member, from daily tasks like bathing and dressing to offering companionship and support—all while being paid for your care.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training and resources you need to feel confident and succeed.
