UK Licensed Tax Manager

Seeking a highly motivated UK Licensed Tax Manager, the full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United Kingdom while managing corporate income tax and VAT compliance across EMEA jurisdictions, coordinating with external advisers, and partnering with regional Finance teams on tax matters. Key responsibilities Manage corporate income tax and VAT compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings Coordinate with external tax advisers on compliance and transfer pricing documentation Support statutory tax audits and assist with the Company's Research and Development Expenditure Credit claim Required qualifications Significant tax experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department A degree in accounting or finance Chartered Accountant with knowledge of UK and US GAAP Demonstrated ownership of tax compliance processes Proven analytical skills to communicate tax and accounting matters effectively
