Working directly with our delivery teams, you will play a significant part in our vision.You will also receive plenty of support, formal and on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development.You’ll be supported with ongoing development to shape your career in the direction you choose.Due to the interesting work we do and the sector we are working in, we require all candidates to currently hold eDV clearance.Key responsibilitiesFacilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checksPromote, encourage and embed Agile principles within the team and organisationBring those more resistant to Agile ways of working along the journey towards true Agility and embrace their feedbackEnsure value-driven delivery, defining value within your team’s context and coaching them in how to break work down to achieve the most valueProactively identify and remove impediments - thinking outside the box welcomedHelp teams to mature in their Agile practicesEmpower the team to problem solveSupport negotiation and conflict resolutionFoster positive and collaborative relationships across teams and organisationsSupport the Product Owner with backlog prioritisation, creation of product goals and vision.Coaching advocate, supporting both Scrum teams and the wider organisation in adopting Agile practices.Champion best practices and continually seek ways to improve the team, delivery and self.Who are we looking for?Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)Knowledge and demonstrable application of Agile fundamentalsAbility to influence without authorityScrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)Keenness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices across the business and customers through our active Communities of Practices.Appreciation of latest technology trends and desire to explore software development models.Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships.Passionate about embracing and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
