Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Lincoln, NH Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P examinations and separation health assessments for Veterans. Perform physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Execute METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Provide detailed medical opinions and clinical documentation based on interview findings and physical evidence. Complete necessary administrative follow-up, including addendums and reading diagnostics, to ensure timely report submission. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification through the AANP is required. Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular health. Must be willing to complete mandatory DMA training to become DMA certified (client does not reimburse for training time or portal certifications). Must provide a CV with a current home address listed for presentation. A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. For candidates who attended school internationally, a copy of the ECFMG certificate is required. Candidates must own a laptop for documentation (Apple/Mac products are not compatible with the necessary software). Providers using their own office must provide comprehensive facility photos (parking, entrance, exam rooms, restroom, and safety equipment) to ensure ADA compliance and facility standards. Candidates must disclose if they are currently active military duty, in the reserves, or employed by the VA. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (inclusive of exam time and report submission). Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less (inclusive of exam time and report submission). One-time bonus: $650 awarded after completing all required training and performing the first set of exams. Local candidates only; travel is included in the flat rate structure.
