Job Summary

Gold Coast Linen Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are complete and accurate, filling special orders throughout the day, maintaining warehouse inventory, and assisting customers who pick up merchandise at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Verify that all customer orders are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery.
• Pull, prepare, and package special customer orders as they are received.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist delivery routes by ensuring products are staged and ready on time.
• Work closely with the office and service team to fulfill customer requests.
• Assist customers picking up merchandise by providing prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and report inventory shortages.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, write and read English.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to work in warm conditions (warehouse is not air conditioned).
