Los asociados de producción de Wolverine Packing trabajan en equipo y se enorgullecen de crear productos de carne molida de calidad. Capacitamos a nuestra gente para construir cajas, operar maquinaria, empacar productos cárnicos y seguir estrictas pautas de seguridad y control de calidad. Wolverine Packing siempre quiere garantizar el mejor servicio posible y crear productos alimenticios que se elaboren con los más altos estándares.
Salario inicial: $17.50/HR. Los empleados del turno de tarde también recibirán $1.00/hr extra por el turno.
TURNOS/HORARIOS:
Turno matutino - 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. De lunes a viernes. Se requiere cada dos sábados.
Turno de tarde - 2:25 PM - hasta que finalice la producción (aproximadamente 11:30 PM). De lunes a viernes. Se requiere cada dos sábados.
TAREA:
· Llegar al trabajo a tiempo, todos los días, listo para trabajar
· Construir cajas
· Empacado de productos de carne vacuno
· Operar maquinaria
· Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en relación con las normas GMP, SSOPS, HAACP y OSHA, que garantizan la seguridad alimentaria y laboral con la más alta calidad en todos los aspectos de la producción de alimentos
· Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio
· Trabajar con los miembros del equipo para crear productos de carne molida de la más alta calidad
· Realizar tareas adicionales según lo solicite un supervisor
CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS:
· Experiencia en la producción de alimentos
· Actitud enérgica, respetuosa y positiva
· Capaz de trabajar de forma rápida y eficiente
· Capaz de soportar de 9 a 10 horas al día en un entorno de trabajo frío a 40 °ree; de temperatura
· Pasar un examen físico
· Pasar una prueba de detección de drogas de sustancias controladas
· Mínimo de 18 años de edad
