This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the nutritional health and overall well-being of our residents in a supportive long-term care environment.Employment Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift Weekend Requirement: One weekend requirement each quarterSalary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, based on experienceREGISTERED DIETITIAN Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packagePaid Time OffProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' quality of lifeREGISTERED DIETITIAN Key Responsibilities:Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident's dietary needs.Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.Encourage residents and families to participate in the development and review of care plans.Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident's care plan when providing daily dietary services.Identify special equipment and utensils required to meet individual resident needs.Review and interpret information in residents' medical charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents' nutritional health and overall well-being.REGISTERED DIETITIAN Qualifications:Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.Minimum of two years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care, including some administrative responsibility; orOne year of experience as a registered consulting dietitian serving one or more long-term care facilities.Apply Today!
